Don't waste your time, there's no one there. I've been trying to contact Le Refuge for several weeks now regarding an emergency (I was about to be evicted by my homophobic "parents"). I've called, I've sent messages detailing my situation to both numbers, but no response. Meanwhile, they're playing the hero on social media and collecting donations. I don't know about the association in Montpellier, but don't support the Paris branch.

No ones here, impossible to go inside, you should wait when someone is open big door, no any sign, no one dont know where is this organisation. We've standing here already about hour and no reaction at knocking, no reaction at calls and doorbell. Dont waste your time. I think this organisation is dead

Hello, I spoke with a young gay man of North African descent, rejected by his home and soon to be homeless... I told him to contact you. For the past two days, he's been calling the mobile number listed on the website, almost every hour... No one answers! He's left messages. This person is even thinking about suicide... and on your end, no one is responding? Meanwhile, you're continuing the communication and posting stories on Instagram? Shouldn't your priority be providing a dedicated phone line? Outrageous.
