The LGBTQIA+ Queer Meditationsgruppe offers a safe and inclusive space for LGBTQIA+ individuals to explore meditation through gentle body awareness, breath mindfulness, and conscious seated practice. Led by four experienced facilitators alternating in guiding sessions, the event emphasizes an exploratory approach to meditation without requiring prior experience. The session is conducted in German and/or English, depending on participants' needs, and is part of a monthly series supported by membership.
