When you contact the location to inquire about a reservation, they respond quite quickly and defer to the box office when capacity is low, but when you arrive as the first person to pay at the box office as discussed, you are told to please come back in 2 hours because they are waiting for guests with reservations… 😅 Is this how potential guests are treated?

Unfortunately, not recommended. We were charged more than we actually drank. Even at the bar, we had to wait forever despite the low traffic. Overall, a disappointing experience. Pay attention to your billing!

Positives: - Beautifully constructed space - Nice disco styling, not too intrusive - Several bars; one of them off the dance floors - Great music - Class DJ - Security was friendly and did not cause any problems Negatives: - There is no Max. People admission limit! You can still just stand after a short time. Whoever comes to dance is out of place. Unfortunately, the owner aims to shovel as much money as possible, neglecting the premise of his company. Those who offer music and dance floor should also have space for people who want to accept this offer. There are areas outside for people who don't want to dance. - Consequently, a big negative for poor customer distribution. - And also a bit costly for the fact that you can hardly move on the spot. Conclusion: If you had room to dance at Rudas, it would be one of the top clubs. Unfortunately, I don't know if I will go there again, because I mainly go out to dance. There were also some other visitors who left for reasons mentioned. So I'm not alone in my opinion.

The service is poor. Security is rude and the person declines entry with unreal reasons. It looks like its just private parties in which limited people are welcome mainly women so watch out.

We previously contacted with them on the instagram and get informed about the night and the program. They told us that no reservation is needed. When we were here, a man at the gate didn’t allow us to get in due to dress code. And the woman with white dress was so rude, she even didn’t Let us to use restroom. But previously no information was given about dress code. We came here from Amsterdam for the night and they broke our Friday night. I don’t recommend this place to anyone

Service and welcome service are very poor. Customers should be addressed more friendly. Particularly noteworthy is greater attention and service.

We were there that night and a young man was beaten up by security in the middle of the street. 3 Fat security are going on the young man, without any effort. The man was lying in the street and they hit him. I was so sorry. What a dirty shop!!!!

One of the fastest***tablest*n places in Dusseldorf. We came to three well-dressed doctors and not thugs. They directly discriminate against foreigners and non-white people who are not from the West, even though they have bought tickets in advance. The boyc**t could teach them something if we show solidarity, or maybe even an intervention by the federal anti-discrimination agency

We were there for the Halloween party and arrived at around 11am. There was a really long line, and despite the €30 entrance fee per ticket, we had to queue for over an hour. I'm seriously wondering why I'm getting a ticket in advance? VIP guests or those on a list were always given priority. When we were finally inside, a member of staff called out to us in an unfriendly manner, "you can also say thank you." I'm wondering why we're thanked 😂 for being let in with a ticket? I think that's a given, or do I see it differently? They should thank us for our patience. Just rude. The line for the cloakroom felt just as long, really unbelievable. It was also extremely crowded and there was no room to dance on the large dance floor. The audience was also very unpleasant, you really feel out of place. Conclusion: that was the first and last visit there! I wouldn't recommend it, I'd advise against it.
