NYX Hotel Hamburg

Great hotel, excellent stay, modern and clean facilities, and well located near the city center. The remote control system in the room is broken and cannot be turned off. This issue was reported to reception, but they did nothing to resolve it.

Modern hotel. Excellent connection to the S-Bahn (suburban train) towards Hamburg city center. We felt very comfortable and everything was clean. Our only wish would have been if the reception had been able to lend us a charging cable for our mobile phone, as we had forgotten ours.

Modern and clean room and a great, varied breakfast. We'd love to come back.

The complimentary water service was a nice touch, very pleasant. I did have one brief discussion in the lobby about a second bottle of water, which felt a bit petty... :( Unfortunately, our room only had one armchair; a second one would have been nice, as there was more than enough space for it in the suite. Overall, despite a few minor issues, we had a pleasant stay.

A super modern, stylish hotel in a quiet yet very central location with a fantastic suite. We stayed here for two nights while attending the theater and were thrilled. The friendly, young team made check-in and check-out a breeze. We booked parking in the underground garage, which had plenty of space (around 25-30 spaces). The room was absolutely stunning, with high-quality furnishings, an incredibly comfortable, huge bed, and a view of a canal. A welcome snack platter and a complimentary minibar were also provided. High-quality toiletries, bathrobes, and an infrared lamp were also included. The air conditioning was effective and very quiet. Everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast offered a wide selection, including live cooking stations for egg dishes. There are even some seats outside on a balcony. The bar and restaurant area is very modern, and there's also a fitness room. It's conveniently located right next to the S-Bahn (suburban train). We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation! =) Dislikes: The hotel's surroundings aren't exactly the best in Hamburg. Parking is relatively expensive (€24/day). The hotel bar had overpriced rolls. The breakfast rolls should be of higher quality (the bread, on the other hand, was excellent!). The record player in the room didn't work (but it was still a fun idea =)). Why do so many hotels install leaky glass sliding doors? Completely incomprehensible to us!

We spent 3 nights here. Very nice, clean hotel. Service was very friendly. The room was a bit small. The lighting could be a bit brighter. Great breakfast with a wide selection. We felt very comfortable. This was our second time staying at this hotel. We booked a larger room. The location is great, the hotel is clean, and the staff is very nice. We'll be back.
