I called earlier to inquire about studded bracelets. All I heard after the greeting was an annoyed groan, and then the employee hung up mid-sentence. I briefly thought it was a connection problem and called back immediately. This time, I was immediately disconnected. Perhaps the employee thought it was a prank call. I don't know. In any case, I can't spend any money with you today, even though I really would have liked to. I hope the employee's behavior had nothing to do with the fact that I'm a woman. As far as I know, women are also allowed to shop at your store. Oh well. Pretty unprofessional and a real shame.

Top! There's almost nothing more to say :-) Fantastic products made from the finest leather! Even the "off-the-rack" items leave almost nothing to be desired, and if anything is missing, it's fixed in no time! Even better: they create true masterpieces to order! Thank you, Arkadiusz!! And compared to other shops: top-notch service and a price that won't break the bank, but will leave you happy! And the admiring comments at parties are practically free!!

I waited a full four months for an order that was advertised in the shop with a 1-2 week delivery time. I never received it. When I first inquired after two months, they blamed vacations and sick leave, but now at the end of month four, they claim they simply couldn't get hold of the right leather. The item is still listed in the shop, however, now with a 3-4 week delivery time. What a joke! Parus never offered any proactive communication regarding these problems. When I inquired, I received only a curt "sorry, then we'll just cancel." Customer satisfaction and honest, proactive communication don't seem to be Parus's priorities; they make no effort in either area. Anyone wanting to try their luck with fabricated delivery times and utterly indifferent service had better be prepared for a lot of frustration. I strongly advise against it!

Very nice gear shop with high quality gear and good competitive prices. I'd have given it 5 stars, but unfortunately the salesperson was not helpful at all and didn't even bother to help us choose some gear or try some of it. He actually seemed kinda bothered...

Too bad Google's opening hours weren't up to date...

The online order arrived super fast... the product was as described and even better!! 👌 I'd love to order again!!!
