Paul was best server in the bar. Very kind and very respectfull. Funny guy, i defently gonna come back to have some fun time in ther bar.

Its one of the best hostels I’ve ever been to. Paul is for real the best server and receptionist I’ve ever had and I hope I’ll come back to this hostel.

Fantastic location. Everything is within walking distance. Unfortunately, even in the off-season, the rooms weren't ready until after 4 pm. We were given a key card at 4:20 pm. Sadly, this room clearly hadn't been cleaned. Towels and the duvet were lying on the floor. Unbelievable! However, they gave us another room. In this one, my mattress was completely worn out… Nevertheless, the staff at reception were incredibly friendly. We were even allowed to take our bicycles to our room. Highlight: we could see the Stairway to Heaven from our window. Unbeatable location! We would definitely come back.

Very clean, cozy, and well-furnished. Definitely the best hostel I've stayed in so far, and the price is great too. 11/10

A very centrally located, affordable hostel. The rooms are well-maintained, and towels and soap are provided. Restaurants and bakeries are scattered all around the hostel. We stayed in a family room for four people and were very happy with it. Ideal as a base for visiting Münster.

***Great location, clean, spacious 4-bed room. I would come back*** :) I booked my two teenage daughters and myself into the hostel for a short trip. The location is perfectly central, so you can reach all the main sights and shopping opportunities on foot. One daughter studied in the lobby in the morning (there wasn't a table in the room) while the other slept in, and I went shopping. The 4-bed room with two bunk beds is very spacious. There was plenty of room for each of us to spread out with our things. The beds are very sturdy, don't wobble or squeak, so the person sleeping in the bunk bed isn't disturbed when you move around. The room has a cool look, and everything is well-designed (numbered hooks in the hallway and bathroom, seating, and lockable boxes are provided). There wasn't enough space in the bathroom for us to hang our toiletries. Also, a joint in the bathroom was leaking, and the shelf above the sink was so crooked that things sometimes slipped off. Otherwise, there was nothing to complain about. It was also clean. The staff was friendly, and I was able to borrow a hairdryer without any fuss. : ( The bathroom's technology could use some improvement. As someone already mentioned: It's a hostel, not a hotel. Nevertheless, I highly recommend it.
