I enjoy coming to Julia's ice bathing class every Sunday. She's a wonderful, friendly woman... and the view from the sauna is fantastic too.

It was an indescribable experience. It was absolutely overwhelming to see the strength you develop in a group with professional guidance and how long you can endure the icy water. Afterwards, we relaxed in the cozy sauna overlooking the lake. I highly recommend it!

Anything is possible together, for example, learning to ice bathe as someone who usually takes cold showers 😆. You're given excellent preparation and it's really doable. The special thing is the feeling afterward. Yes, it tingles and pinches, but thanks to warm hands, feet, and head, and the wonderful opportunity to use the sauna afterward, it's a fantastic experience. I had a lot of fun!!!

A perfect place for ice swimming followed by warming up in the barrel sauna with a stunning view of the lake, inviting you to let your thoughts wander. Everything here is just right: the people, the ambiance, the attention to detail.

The ice swimming courses are great!

During the colder months, they offer fantastic ice swimming courses here on Sundays. Afterwards, you can warm up in the sauna with a magnificent view of the lake and all the way to Saxon Switzerland.
