The hotel wasn't great, but we only stayed one night, so it was about one. I can't imagine a vacation there, meaning seven days. Breakfast and the pool are at the hotel across the street (seen in the video), so you have to cross the street. The room is clean, but the facilities are like a dorm room. There's supposedly an elevator, but it doesn't work, so we have to carry our suitcases up the stairs. The hotel reception is across the street, and the staff is friendly, but they don't know which rooms are which. First, we had to drag our suitcases to the second floor, where the lady took us. It turned out we had the wrong key, so he ran to change it, and then he said it was the first floor, and we had to carry our suitcases down. The confusion over the keys lasted half an hour before we got into our room. The room was on the main street of Laganas, but the street is very long. It's a 50-minute walk to the beach and town center... a very long walk. The city beach is a disaster! About 50 meters of nothing but sand (dirty, with trash), because on every side, i.e., left and right, there are restaurants and cafes with their sunbeds and umbrellas displayed in front of them. If you don't want to pay for them, there's no room left for a towel on the sand. We were there in September, so it was off-season, and I can't imagine this place with all the tourists and no beach.
