Hotel Asteri Metsovou

We stayed there for one night. The hospitality was warm and pleasant, kind, welcoming, helpful people. It was a cold and rainy evening and we weren't prepared for it, so the lovely Hamer lent me a jacket and an umbrella. The meal was good. They helped me make contact with the next attraction by phone to find out details. Charming and Israeli lovers, highly recommended.

Every time we have been hosted at this particular hotel, both we and our customers have been impeccable... the feeling you get is that you are entering your own home.

More basic you die. Needs renovation!

Spotlessly clean? No, of course, that's what the hairs we found in the bathroom as soon as we entered attest. The same goes for the ants that came out of the juice at breakfast.. Helpful staff? No, of course, their service and hospitality were an unknown word. When we needed a second key to enter the room, they told us they didn't have any! Characteristically, they called us out because we pressed the button on the ancient coffee maker twice in the morning and it spilled. Comfortable rooms? No, if you could fit in there, you were lucky. I don't think you'd want your suitcase to fit in there either!! The bed was narrow, the mattresses were uncomfortable, and the blankets were old and definitely not washed after each use. Bathroom? Unacceptable, from the 1940s, with one lamp and ventilation that didn't let you hear what you were thinking.

We came from Thessaloniki for a football tournament! Very nice atmosphere, very friendly people! Everything was very good!

The room was simply unacceptable. At first we were in a room that was full of ants. Then we went to the reception, told the problem and they changed our room. At first the room seemed good but then we found that the bathroom was full of water which was flowing from what I noticed from the toilet pipe and the sheets on both beds were full of garbage which means that they don't change them often. The breakfast was good, it had a relatively large buffet but either in the bread or the cold cuts there was a hair and it was something hard too but let's say it was from the cold cuts. Overall a very good experience

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was clean, cozy, and offered a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the main square.
