Rustic Hill Private Pool Rooms

The property is located high up on the mountain, offering peace, quiet, and plenty of parking space - ideal for those seeking relaxation and seclusion. The room was probably recently renovated / created, clean in general, and had a comfortable bed. However, despite having a decent amount of space, it felt like something was missing, perhaps more decoration or additional furniture. One major downside was the lack of mobile phone signal, which I can understand and should have expected given the remote location. What I found unacceptable for the price we paid was the fact that the Wi-Fi was practically unusable. During our 4-night stay, we managed to connect for only about one hour in total. When I contacted the property, I was told there was a general issue in the area - which I can also fully understand - but I don’t see why I wasn’t informed about this beforehand so I could plan how to have internet access during my stay (as it is mandatory for me and my work even in my vacation). Additionally, the room did not have insect screens, which led to a centipede and other small bugs entering. Breakfast was rather average considering the price, and although the private pool was a nice feature, the balcony was noticeably dirty with visible stains. Overall, a mediocre stay that, with just a few small yet important improvements, could have been much more enjoyable and satisfying. P.S. The staff was in overall very generous and helpful with anything else needed or asked.

Amazing staff, very kind and always willing to serve the craziest requests!!! Beautiful hotel, very quiet, neat and clean. Maybe some improvements in the rooms, due to the price per night (e.g. better screen, shower drain, clothesline).

Rooms in an excellent location. The private pools give extra credits to the stay in simple rooms that have been cleverly renovated but something more is needed. The breakfast is very rich. The staff-owners are extremely kind. One of the places you go back to if you want peace.

For the 2nd year in a row we chose this place for our rest. We have traveled to many places but such kind staff for the first time. They were there for our every need. Both times we went with our dogs and because the bars are far apart, we were afraid that a dog would escape. This year we asked if there was a possibility to close the gaps with a cloth and when we arrived they had already put the cloth! The room is fantastic and the outdoor area even better! I highly recommend it for a vacation where you want peace, rest and relaxation!

Amazing! Exactly as advertised and pictures are accurate. Will come back. I suggest the Greek mojito private pool, a little public to the guests at the bar. Amazing services and awesome food. Room is perfect. People so helpful and nice

Simple ... simple ... uncomplicated ... words with substance for this particular accommodation. You will not find unnecessary luxuries that will distract you from the reason you are here ... relaxation ... rest ... tranquility. The kindness of the young people here is essential and given with a smile to make you feel not a customer but a guest. The enemy of the good may be the best but here any imperfections are covered by a harmonious whole. We thank the whole team for the goal that was achieved ..... to really relax.
