The service at this hotel is amazing. My experience in Mykonos was made much better because of the staff. Their recommendations for dinner were some of the best places I've eaten at. They truly take good care of their guests here. It was a pleasure staying here and a big thank you to Maria who made me feel welcome from the day I arrived. The bar staff was amazing as well. The walk to the town is not very bad it's a good distance easy to do if you don't have a car. Also walkable to ornos beach area.

Just perfect place!

Excellent rooms and staff. Every staff member is so genuinely kind and helpful..especially Stef; he was so welcoming even though I showed up early! He and his team went out of their way to get me in as quickly as possible! The best Axel I’ve stayed at so far (my 3rd to date) - great Mykonos style. Clean, well appointed rooms and I have my own little pool! Oh, and my personalized welcome amenity was so nice!

Had potential to be perfect but lacks finishing touches. Room type: suite with private pool Positives: pool aspect means sun all day. Sensational! Same for overall resort pool. Outstanding planning! Rooms are modern, spacious and clean Bed is incredibly comfortable Super friendly and helpful staff especially at breakfast and the bar. (Marios and Angela) Pool tunes pumped out all day long, top dance music that creates an excellent vibe. No fear of discrimination. Inclusive and accepting environment. Surprise afternoon drag show as I was having a 4pm swim. Just fantastic! Needs improvement: No sun-beds around private pool. Only option: to lay on the floor. A premium suite with private pool and all that’s outside is two upright wooden chairs - the same as those in the restaurant? Madness. Needs loungers provided. Nowhere to hang wet swimwear to dry. I have never been on a holiday with no drying facility. Enough space outside, don’t understand this at all! The only hook in the room for large towels is IN the shower… that wasn’t thought through 🤣 These may all seem minor but when you pay top price for the most expensive room type you expect these standard provisions as without them it just doesn’t make sense. If these improvements are made this room would be perfection as this resort is sensational in so many ways.

Just spent a few days at this hotel. It has a lovely layout and the staff all went that little bit extra to help out and nothing was too much trouble. María on the front desk a great and the staff in the restaurant are all lovely. The room was spotless and the little splash pool will be great when it gets warm enough to use it. We ve stayed at other Axel hotels and this was def a bit of a mark higher than the others.

Lovely complex. We had a suite with a pool. (303) The room was lovely (though the shower tray was strangely large). It was the start of the season and not everything was completely finished yet. Wi-Fi needs attention. The hot water also had a strange light brown color. Maintenance could use some attention. For instance, the pool floor was damaged, and there were cracks in the plasterwork inside and out. But everything was more than compensated for by the super friendly staff (special mention for Marios at breakfast). That's why we gave it 5*.
