Chef Dedé

We went to Chez Dédé twice during our trip, and it was absolutely worth it! The mixed seafood platter is a must-try 😉 Some people might find the service a bit slow, but that’s just how dining works in Italy and France—meant to be enjoyed at a relaxed pace 😋 So sit back, sip your wine 🍸✨, and savor the moment.

Everything was excellent. Quality and deliciousness. Excellent service and short wait times. Knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful staff. Nice, welcoming atmosphere. We ordered: Paccheri with white ragù, with freshly truffled cheese and an orange flavor. Yellow squash ravioli and Ragusa burrata. Beef lasagna on a potato wafer, smoked scamorza cheese, and grilled zucchini. Swordfish fillet in a pistachio crust, with candied onion and sweet and sour sauce. Grilled sweet and sour caciocavallo cheese and sautéed wild greens. Spinella pear from Etna, stuffed with ricotta in a caramel sauce and candied mandarins. Wines: Grillo di Sicilia Olli DOC white and Nero d'Avola Nere DOC red, from the Feudo Maccari winery (glasses). We paid €50 per person.

A very intimate and quiet place, ideal for couples. The staff is polite and helpful, and the food is absolutely fantastic, with simply perfect flavors. I especially recommend the paccheri. The wait times are short, and I'll definitely be back!

Great food and one of the best during the week on the island

I went there because of the reviews, but in the end I have to say that I found the dishes below my expectations, nothing of what I tasted really impressed me.

A very welcoming and clean place, with no cooking odors. A varied menu with unique dishes, simple and authentic food cooked like you'd never imagined. An excellent experience.
