I did my research before staying here, so I already had a good idea of what to expect and how satisfied I would likely be. However, I was genuinely surprised by how accommodating the hotel was with a last-minute request I made. Their flexibility and kindness made my stay far more enjoyable than I had anticipated. Suite with an incomparable view of the Pantheon but service unworthy of a grand hotel (suite at €1300/night)

The location is very strategic, close to major landmarks in Rome, making it ideal for a walking tour. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the Pantheon right from your room window.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely, extremely centrally located hotel right next to the Pantheon. We were particularly taken with the rooftop terrace and its stunning views. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely book this hotel again.

We've stayed at this hotel several times in recent years, but this time we were very disappointed. The service really leaves much to be desired; some of the staff at reception, and especially at breakfast, are rude and annoyed (except for Marisol, who was very attentive and friendly!). I had to ask for a boiled egg three times! We traveled together as a family and a group of six, and every time we arrived, there was a discussion about whether we could all sit together at one breakfast table. Every morning there was a discussion, and they wanted two of us to sit at a different table because it would supposedly be "too crowded" otherwise – which was completely absurd, as there was more than enough space around us, and no one was blocking our way. Unfortunately, the rooms are a mixed bag. There are fantastic rooms with views of the Pantheon, but unfortunately, there are also rooms facing the courtyard that are dark and a bit musty. The location is great, but for this price, there are definitely nicer hotels in Rome.

The location right next to the Pantheon is so great that you can walk everywhere. If you're visiting for tourism, it's definitely a perfect choice. The staff were very good, and the room cleaning was adequate. I would definitely stay here again if I come back ❤️

The Pantheon is literally right at the front door. The staff and room were perfectly fine. As I was out exploring all day and only slept there, I did not use any services. Great location to walk to all sites easily.

Hard to beat this view! Not only is the view wonderful but the staff, rooms and breakfast were excellent.
