Excellent food and service. Very interesting gastronomique proposal, good flavours and extensive wine list. Will come back for sure and would definitely recommend it.

Nice little restaurant in De Pijp. Pleasant and attentive service. Cozy, but quite cramped inside. However, this is compensated for by excellent value for money. Tasty food and a good wine list. Worth a return visit.

My expectations were probably high based on the reviews, so the food didn't live up to my expectations. The food was okay, small portions, and there's no accounting for taste. But I wouldn't go back for the delicious food again. The service was good, but there weren't many customers on Monday.

What an amazing experience! From the moment we walked in, to paying the bill. My wife and I absolutely enjoyed our meal at Restaurant Zaza’s. We had early reservations, and it’s definitely required as it’s a small place. Our servers were amazing, they greeted us with warmth, took our coats to hang, and provided top notch service expected of a fine establishment such as Zaza’s. Chef must be proud! Our food was impeccable, flavors were bold and bright. I started with the scallops and they passed vibe check. Perfectly cooked. My wife had the half raviolis, the pasta was freshly made and cooked perfectly. Our in between was the roasted garlic soup. Absolutely amazing what they did with the cray fish. It came as a gel and the garlic soup was poured over to melt down. They even offered my wife the soup without the cray(she’s not a fish fan, but I am!), and that was amazing offering as she love garlic and didn’t miss out on the fantastic soup. Our mains were the stuffed veal and sea bream. Can you take a guess who had the fish? My sea bream was light and the ingredients were perfectly cohesive. My wife’s veal was cooked to perfection, and we both enjoyed every last bite. We haven’t had a 10/10 in food, service, and experience without breaking the bank in quite awhile!(we come from San Francisco, haha) We’ll definitely come back whenever we return to Amsterdam, but for our first dinner here we weren’t disappointed. Thank you everyone at Zaza’s for creating a wonderful dining experience. We will always remember you!
