A hotel that met all our expectations. Friendly and professional staff, from reception to housekeeping. Large, pleasant, and comfortable rooms with a very comfortable bathroom. The breakfasts are also worth mentioning. Delicious and prepared with high-quality products. The espresso coffee deserves special mention – aromatic and truly excellent, which is unfortunately still a rarity in hotel breakfasts. Comfortable, perfectly firm beds. And here's the only "but." When booking a "king-size room," we received two single beds pushed together, with the power sockets for one person located behind the pillow instead of by the bedside table. This was a rather uncomfortable and unsafe solution. Such a room seems particularly incomprehensible given the low occupancy at the time of our stay. However, this did not significantly affect the comfort of our stay or the overall rating of the property. We recommend it and would gladly visit again on a future visit to Łódź.

I've stayed here several times now and I'm very satisfied. Great service and a hearty, delicious breakfast. I also recommend it for corporate or social events.

I give Hotel Aiden by Best Western a very positive review. The hotel makes a very good impression from the moment you enter. The rooms are large, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bathrooms are also of a high standard, modern, well-maintained, and very aesthetically pleasing. It's clear that the hotel cares about the standard and comfort of its guests. The ample parking is also a major plus; finding a space is easy. The location is also excellent, close to Piotrkowska Street, Manufaktura, and the zoo, making the hotel a very good base for exploring Łódź. The reception staff deserves special mention. They were very friendly, helpful, and professional. They helped us resolve an overnight stay issue, making the entire stay stress-free. This approach to guests truly creates a positive impression. My only complaint concerns the breakfast service. About 15 minutes before breakfast ended, the staff began clearing and refilling plates, while also engaging in rather loud conversations in the dining room. This was not very comfortable for those still peacefully eating breakfast. The food itself was good, so the only thing that needs work is the atmosphere and organization at the end of the service. Other than that, the stay was truly enjoyable, and I highly recommend the hotel.

The hotel is simply exemplary. Beautifully renovated, preserving the wonderful staircase, flooring, and, of course, the facade. The rooms are finished to the highest standard, the carpets are beautifully thick and soft, the shower is very large, and even the conditioner and body lotion in the dispensers are excellent. The breakfasts are exemplary and delicious, and the coffee is very good, with a selection of dishes worthy of a medal. The only small drawback is the lack of a refrigerator.

I highly recommend it. Stylish, well-maintained, and clean room in graphite and blue. The bed had a very comfortable mattress, though not exactly soft. A wide selection of culinary options for breakfast—everything we tried was delicious. A 2-kilometer walk to Piotrkowska Street. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
