Great location. Perfect parking in the courtyard. A bit noisy due to the tram. Online check-in isn't for me. Send the code shortly before 4 pm. You stand in front of the door with other guests and wait.

Overall neat. The sun blinds are mediocre and the tram is loudly audible.

Perfect location - we were able to cover the whole town on foot. The apartments are very clean and kid friendly. The dining area has a small play zone with books and toys, which kept our 2 year old occupied. We were also able to take the books and puzzles up to the room - loved this concept. Would stay here again.

Dingy, stinking rooms that even airing out doesn't help, and the stench of cigarettes and mustiness remains intense. After your stay, they try to extort money for fictitious damages, documenting it with photos... I wonder how many people have already paid for the same broken TV. The "apartments" look good in the photos, but they're already a dozen years old... I'm posting a photo of the TV as a warning.

I highly recommend this place to everyone! They try to extort money for fictitious damage to appliances we haven't even used, while their rooms are in terrible condition. Maybe this is their way of renovating, to extort money from guests. I only have a photo of the shower, but everything there is outdated. The receptionist isn't a receptionist, she's from the army, I think. She just walks around and pays attention to everything, and when we told her the juice was sour, she replied, "I didn't make it," and didn't take it from the breakfast table, she just left it and left. Another issue is the hot water, which is more scarce than it is. It runs for maybe 3 seconds every few minutes, so if you want to take a shower, you have to wait for those 3 seconds until the "hot" water comes on. The room and the hallway smelled terribly of cigarettes. We had to air the room first because it would have been impossible to sleep. We've stayed in many places and never encountered anything like this.
