So everyone who works there gives a very warm welcome and the guys are friendly, the facilities very nice. Francisco is on another level as far as massage: really wonderful and somehow inspiring ⚓️

The ideal place to take a break and meet new friends!

Absolutely fantastic place. Easy to get to with motorway access and loads of parking outside. Right around the corner from the beaches of Caparica. Very discreet location with a professional atmosphere. The place has a wonderful pool and terrace area. The staff were all very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Had a wonderful day using the day pass. Would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back. Thanks guys.

A very pleasant, beautiful sauna, lovely pool, and garden with plenty of loungers. The sauna facilities are perfect, very clean and well-maintained. The owners and staff are very friendly and welcoming. There's a positive atmosphere. We've been there several times on weekday afternoons; it wasn't overcrowded, but there was a great, friendly atmosphere. We'll definitely be back next year. Igo and Stefan from Kapellen, Belgium

Sauna is 2m x 2m. Steam room bigger. Both owners were punishing me for not paying 185 euros plus tax for a room. I explained to them that was outside of my budget. Told me I could not use the gym which consisted of two cardio machines and a broken set of adjustable dumbbells. One guy who did pay that much for a room was talking to an owner who didn't even look up from his phone. They should not be in customer service. "You can't bring in water - you must buy it here". Not in every other sauna I've been to in Europe. They are not truthful and they accuse customers of lying. Two night minimum at the hotel because when people find out the most substantial food served is a ham and cheese sandwich, they want to leave. They will drop the two night minimum if asked. Located next to the highway with no bars, restaurants or grocery stores nearby - even with a car. Their cheapest room is 116 euros plus tax with no TV. I recommend getting a room downtown Lisbon and just paying 20 euros for a day pass - after eating lunch. The place is really boring after the day visitors leave.
