I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS. I was given a free ticket and wanted to exchange it, but there was no way to contact anyone at the company, even though they list a phone number on their website; no one answers. I also submitted a request that received an automated response with no solution.
They let us order our drinks at the table outside and charged us. But before I could finish my cigarette (that's why we were on the terrace) they told us we had to finish our drinks inside or immediately. Obviously, if we had known, we wouldn't have sat down.
I called Fever to change the date of some tickets and they haven't resolved the issue. I've lost the 7 tickets I bought and the money. I don't plan to book anything else or recommend this platform.
Excellent atmosphere, very queer, and the team is very professional! Evenings and nights are always exceptional. If you're looking for a place with a great vibe, you won't regret it. Their cocktails are top-notch!
