For the facilities it offers, it should cost €13 at most. The steam sauna door is always broken and the heat escapes, the bar is tiny, and on top of that, they serve the same laughable TV series they've been showing for years. If they're already charging €17, many people don't even want to buy a drink anymore because they can't afford it... It's only worth staying for two hours. That's why I think it's better not to go 🤷

On Wednesday afternoon, I also had a run-in with the ticket seller... He was incredibly arrogant. I understand the problem of having to go out to the lobby to get a drink ticket, only to be overcharged, and then the ticket seller being uncooperative and rude. I ended up paying 8 euros for a beer because I put in 10 euros and he only gave me 2 back, but as I said, the ticket seller was rude, and things aren't going to go well like this. Shouldn't there be someone else in charge of collecting payments?

BAD EXPERIENCE. Good evening, today I want to write a review of this sauna where I had an unpleasant experience. Let me preface this by saying I have nothing against the sauna itself; for me, it's fantastic, with excellent facilities. I've been going there for about 20 years and have never had a problem, quite the opposite, in fact. The staff is always friendly, and I'm always happy with everything. But this afternoon, I had the misfortune of encountering one of the employees who isn't exactly known for his friendliness, and in fact, other people have mentioned this before. But today, it seems he was having an even worse day. When I got the ticket from the machine, I don't know what happened, possibly my mistake, I can't deny it... but I consciously selected one ticket, of course, and when they charged me, they charged me for two. There are two steps from the machine to the ticket window. The guy was looking at me, and I said, "Look, it shows two," to which he replied, "You know what you've done." I told him it was the usual thing... and he said he was sorry, but there was nothing he could do. "Can't I get a refund for one of them?" I asked. He replied that no, they weren't allowed to, and that's not his job. He told me I could resell it. I told him that seemed unfair, that how could there not be a solution or a refund for one of them? I honestly don't understand. He told me he was speaking politely, and I replied that I was too. I don't see where the disrespect is; I'm just expressing my confusion. And to this he replied that...don't worry, I wasn't going in. What? I pay for two tickets and I'm not going in? And he tells me I'm rude and I'm not going in now or ever. I asked him for a refund and twice he refused, saying he couldn't do it, and the third time he told me to give it to him and leave. He gave it to me (now it seems he could). I asked for complaint forms and he refused to give me the information that needs to be filled out in the first section, and ended up confiscating the form and keeping it for himself. In the end, faced with such an outrage, I was forced to call the police, who came there. When the police arrived, he put on a face mask and rushed from behind the counter towards them, but the police made him give me the forms and fill them out (which he didn't want to do before). At all times, he has refused to identify himself, saying he is only following company policy. Anyway, as I said at the beginning, I absolutely do not want to speak negatively about the company or business. But I do want to speak about this employee...and if there is anyone else, which I believe there is, who has had or is having a similar experience with "this gentleman," please speak up. To the rest of the staff, well, greetings and my sincere thanks after so many years...I regret the incident (I have urged your colleague several times to resolve it before calling the police, but he got carried away...). Despite everything, and because I don't believe that the innocent should pay for the guilty, I hope to continue enjoying your company and your services (as long as I am allowed; of course, if you consider me persona non grata, I will not come). I would appreciate a response from the boss, owner, or senior manager of the business. Thank you.

The sauna was very good, although I don't speak Spanish well. The clientele varied.

I wanted to visit, I came from Mexico, but it seems they are very elitist because I rang the bell and nobody answered. Disappointment with this place.

It was awful. Right off the bat, the machine charged me for two tickets instead of one, but I only took one ticket because, of course, I was supposed to have bought one, not two. After a while, I checked my phone and saw the bank notification: 34 euros instead of 17. I went to the ticket seller, who naturally asked for the second ticket, which I didn't have. I showed him the bank transaction so he could see that the machine had charged me incorrectly and that I hadn't bought two tickets at all. In fact, I only pressed the "tickets" button twice on the machine's screen and selected "card" as the payment method. The rest was just holding my phone near the reader. Anyway, the employee gave me my money back. I signed a slip with my name and left my phone number in case his boss wanted to investigate, because I really didn't want the employee to end up paying out of his own pocket when he was handling the cash register. Anyway, this whole situation killed the mood for me, and I left. I was there for just over half an hour, so it was a waste of time and money.

It's the second time that I come on a Friday night after midnight, it says on Google that it-s open 24 hours Fri-Sun, but the sauna is closed. What"s happening? Is it a type of sauna that opens only a couple times a year?

The facilities aren't anything special, but it's clean, pleasant, the staff are attentive and helpful, and the clientele is the best part—a great atmosphere for bears and mature men!

I called to book a massage, and the person who answered couldn't even enunciate properly. Besides that, the way they answered left much to be desired. In the end, they hung up on me.

When I've been, it's been great. Very busy with people of all ages. I recommend the Turkish bath and the dark room. I plan to go next week, possibly Tuesday or Wednesday.

It was our first time there, and my partner and I loved it so much that we went back again and again during our four-day stay in Madrid—we went three times. The facilities were perfect, but… (I had to say it) I didn't like that the pool/jacuzzi water was so cold (it got quite chilly), and that's why I'm not giving it five stars. I hope to return and add the fifth star when I go back.
