After I misbooked a room using a reknown platform while looking for a place in Valence-France, I called them within one minute to cancel and explain my mistake. They simply laughed at me and refused to reimburse me. Frankly, that level of customer service tells you just one thing: don't ever go there!

Everything was very pleasant.

An old building has been restored, it's a different, very nice experience. The location is great, everything is within walking distance.

We stayed at this hotel from April 17th to 19th, paying the absurd sum of €200 a night for what is already considered a "hospitality"—an enormous act of generosity. The room? A real nightmare. Windowless—practically a cubicle—with a bathroom in embarrassing condition: dirty, neglected, and with a broken toilet. But the worst was yet to come: hair everywhere (clearly not ours), brown stains on the floor, and a general feeling of dirtiness that made us reluctant to even put our suitcase down. We immediately reported the situation, but to no avail. The next day, the "cleaning" of the room was a mockery: everything was practically identical. We were forced to complain again, but the front desk displayed an almost embarrassing level of indifference, failing to resolve anything. The only positive aspect is the central location, but honestly, that's not even close to justifying such an insane price for a place that feels, at best, like a low-end hostel—and probably worse. Not just a negative experience, but an irritating one in every way. One that makes you feel literally cheated. Not recommended? Absolutely. Avoid without a doubt.

You pay for a 4-star hotel and receive a far inferior service. The breakfast is meager and lacks variety, and the dining room is tiny. There's no one to serve you; the person at reception is responsible for supervision. There's no reception at night. The bathroom smells bad, so there's an extractor fan running (for no reason), and it's noisy. The location is worthy of a 4-star hotel, but everything else is perfectly adequate for a basic hostel. We won't be back, sorry. We'd rather walk a little further and avoid being ripped off.

The location of this hotel is a 10/10 as are the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Angel and Miguel were amazing with recommendations, helping us print tickets out and finding bus times etc. We had a room with a small balcony which was cute, the bed was extremely comfortable and we slept well. The rooms do need a bit of modernization but it's a 3 star hotel so 3 star standard. We would return because of the staff and location.

Not all rooms are like the ones in the photos. Make sure you get a room with a window. The price-quality ratio varies considerably. Best regards.

Beautiful and romantic hotel right in the center. Brand new rooms, very comfortable beds, and a fully equipped bathroom. The reception staff are very friendly. The location is top for exploring Valencia on foot during the Fallas!!! We'll be back, thank you.

I'd give it zero stars if I could! Let's start with the positives: - There's a toilet brush - Two-ply toilet paper instead of one-ply - Fluffy towels - The staff makes every effort to speak English and German - Good pillows and mattress Now for the negatives and why we won't be coming back (apart from the fact that Valencia has nothing special except for the modern buildings at the port): Returning the key when leaving the house (only picked up after 11 pm by prior arrangement) - No window or window to the air conditioning unit - Shower that doesn't vent/no exhaust fan/window - Bathroom floods after one person takes a short shower (see picture) - Generally ancient and uncleaned (see picture of mirror/shower/dust) - Musty smell in the bathroom - Little storage space - Strange lamp - Too few electrical outlets Re-making the bed - Only the air conditioning unit answers Strange duvet, best to heat it yourself on warm setting, no proper heating - Ancient, tiny elevator (max. 1 person + suitcase) - Breakfast too small for the price

Excellent service, very good facilities and no problems with cleaning.

The hotel's excellent location, and the staff were very friendly and always available. Thanks to the three receptionists who welcomed us these days.
