Hotel Benalma Costa del Sol

A unique experience at the hotel, Luz and Fafu made sure we had a great time and played everything. Today's lifeguard was very attentive and helpful.

Excellent service. Our stay was very good, but above all, we want to thank Fabian, who served us at the family pool bar and always remembered what we ordered, making sure we had everything we needed; Alberto, who always served us with such cheerfulness at the lobby bar and was very kind at all times; and Hedy, who was very friendly and attentive to us in the dining room, and who provided us with yogurt so our baby could eat even outside of mealtimes and never go hungry. We were truly delighted with practically everything. Many thanks to these three people for making our experience at the hotel so much more pleasant and enjoyable!

Got exactly what we needed with this hotel. Slightly further out from the main town but taxis are cheap if you are looking to leave the hotel. Rooms are a good size and clean - the standard of cleaning of the whole hotel was great. All of the staff are friendly and lovely - shoutout to Luz with the pool entertainment and Fabian/Jorge on the pool bar. Food is better than I expected after reading other reviews. Every room has a sea view. Negatives - pool bar shuts at 5 and pool itself shuts at 6.

Magnificent location with two stunning coves right outside the hotel. The staff are very friendly and excellent professionals. The views from the rooms are spectacular, and the beds are very comfortable. The buffet has a huge variety of flavorful and high-quality food. As for cocktails, the all-inclusive package doesn't offer a wide selection, as classic cocktails like margaritas are extra, and the ones included are pre-mixed. The pool bar closes at 5 pm in June, and the pool at 6 pm, which I find very early. If I take a short break after lunch, I barely get to enjoy it. Would I return? Absolutely.

I have booked hotel and tried to get in touch with the contacts they have on their website. Emailed them in their various addresses, no reply and did on IG too. So far with zero communication on their part... hope I get a response from here as I can see someone from there company reacts to reviews, so here's to hoping to get a reply. Booked 2 rooms, one deluxe and one grand sea view and would you kindly let me know where best to email for our request for type of bed please. I have to place a star for my review to count, I will start with a 3 even though I have not been satisfied with communications. Let us see where this goes.
