★★★★★ Three colleagues and I, who were working in the area, went to Bar Michel in Palma and ended up having dinner there one night. Honestly, it was a great choice. Very pleasant atmosphere, impeccable service, and amazing patatas bravas—the kind that make you wonder if you came to Palma for work or for the patatas bravas. The only dramatic part of the night was that I left my smartwatch behind. But oh well, no big deal: now I have an excuse to go back. Although, frankly, I won't be going back so much to retrieve the watch, which will probably have started a new life by now, but to eat just as well again. Highly recommended. Great place, great food, and top-notch service.

I love this place; it's cozy, the service is excellent, and Fabian and Manuela, who are lovely, run it. Today we had pa amb oli, which was delicious and offered a variety of options. The atmosphere is warm and quiet, and I highly recommend it in the area. The price-quality ratio is good.

I've visited many bars and restaurants over the years, and being quite a discerning eater, it's rare for anything to truly surprise me. However, my experience at Bar Michel was simply spectacular. The hamburger I tried is, without a doubt, the best I've ever had. The quality of the meat, the balance of flavors, and the cooking point were all perfectly executed. You can tell there's a lot of hard work and attention to detail behind it. The brava sauce deserves special mention; it's absolutely unmatched. It has a unique, intense, and balanced flavor, hard to find even in specialty restaurants. It's one of those sauces that leaves you wanting to keep dipping bread until the very last drop. Furthermore, the service was on par with the food. My waiter was very attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the meal, making sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. To finish, I enjoyed an excellent lemon sorbet, refreshing and the perfect ending to a memorable meal. In short, an outstanding experience from start to finish. If I return to Palma de Mallorca, this will be a must-visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food, friendly service, and flavors that truly make a difference. 🍔🍋👏

Excellent service, welcoming atmosphere, and good music.

We found it through a Google search. First impression: a warm welcome, friendly service, and incredibly delicious, generous portions of food. The tapas platter and the burger were both very tasty. The cocktails were also fantastic and reasonably priced. To top it all off, we received a complimentary drink – a rare treat in Palma.

We are coming really often, because it’s one of the best burgers you can find on the island - super fresh, homemade and delicious- and the ambiente & service is so good and they are so friendly and we got a little dessert as a present as well!
