NYX Hotel Ibiza

A very nice hotel with a great pool and comfortable loungers, ideal for relaxing. The sea is easily accessible and very pleasant. The food at the hotel was really good, and the food truck on the premises was also excellent. Add to that a beautiful view and a comfortable room. Overall, a very successful stay.

We stayed at this hotel for six days in June 2026. It's magnificent, ideally located with the sea right across the street. There's a parking lot right next door or spaces in front of the hotel, where we always found a spot, no matter the time. This is definitely a significant advantage. - The fact that half-board is offered is a real plus; no need to worry about what to eat in the evening, the buffet is varied and changes daily. Breakfast is also very generous. We enjoyed the food, so obviously don't expect haute cuisine—it's a buffet, and there's something for everyone, which is what you expect from this type of service. (The restaurant staff are lovely!) - Be aware that if you want towels for the pool, there's a €10 deposit per towel, and it can't be paid by credit card. (I wish I had known that beforehand). - Room: The bathroom could use a refresh, I think. There's clearly a lack of storage space in both the bathroom and the bedroom, especially for longer stays. I'm not sure if my closet had been cleaned, as it was dirty when I arrived (what a shame!). I would have preferred a room facing the sea, but I got a room with a partial view. The prices are clearly the same, but that's just a coincidence; it would be good to differentiate between the two, I think. - Room service: It's best to be on time for your 10:30 am checkout, as I was just about to leave. The staff enters your room at 10:32 am without knocking, regardless of what you're wearing. I found this very inappropriate and disrespectful. - There are also no limits on people bringing their own music around the pool and doing their own thing without any regard for others. The staff doesn't monitor this at all. The pool is very spacious, and the food truck there is a real plus. In short, a good stay, but I think there are things to improve and take into consideration for future guests.

One hotel that undoubtedly attracts a lot of attention is its nighttime spectacle, especially with its panther and its glowing eyes.

From start to finish our stay was perfect, the room was gorgeous and the balcony and view was unreal! The food was perfect and couldn’t believe the selection, the staff in the restaurant were also super friendly. The staff by the pool and the bar were also super friendly and nice. We will absolutely be back next year if not sooner!

Everything was great, there's really nothing to complain about, except for one thing: two elevators are definitely not enough for such a large hotel; you always spend a lot of time waiting for the elevator.

Just wow! I’ve been to Ibiza 9 times and this was my favourite hotel by far. We just got back from a 7 day holiday and it was just brilliant. Breakfast and dinner was amazing and plentiful. Room very clean! Hotel itself is stunning with its interior and the pool was the right size with great sun loungers. Bonus lunch time truck too! Cocktails at sunset just perfect and all the staff from reception to the cleaners were so lovely. I can’t wait to come back. I can’t say anything bad about this hotel ☺️
