Checked in first room air-conditioning didn’t work even after they sent engineer who said it worked that really didn’t and then I got put into another room that was filled with mosquitoes and then the third room the drain in the shower didn’t flow properly really really not worth $1000 a night

My friend and I were delighted with our stay at the Ushuaia Ibiza Beach Hotel. We especially want to thank Alicia at reception. From the very beginning, she was incredibly friendly and attentive. Thanks to her, we got the best room in the hotel, with views of both areas: the party area of ​​The Club and the quieter area of ​​The Tower. As a final touch, she gave us a welcome bottle of champagne 🍾, a gesture that was greatly appreciated and made our experience even better.

Terrible welcome, bad information, paid for entry for nothing! The suite isn't worth it for two people! It's such a shame to act all high and mighty just because it's Ibiza! There are better places than this.

We stayed at Ushuaïa Beach Hotel expecting a high-end experience because the prices are absolutely Ritz-Carlton-suite level. Unfortunately, the hotel itself felt more like an old Holiday Inn that has been neglected for years. The property is dirty, dated, and falling apart in too many places to ignore. During our stay, we didn’t even have power, and despite the inconvenience, they wouldn’t so much as comp us a cup of coffee. That really sums up the customer service: they say they will do things, then they simply don’t follow through. The pool situation was also frustrating. There were no towels available by the Ushuaïa pool, and we were told to go to the Unexpected Hotel pool. But the pool deck there was always full, and those towels could not even be taken back to the Ushuaïa pool. For a hotel charging these prices, basic things like power, towels, cleanliness, and responsive service should not be this difficult. The honest truth is that if it weren’t for the DJs, this hotel would probably not survive. The music and performances were incredible, and having our own balcony so we could enjoy the shows without being packed into the crowds was absolutely priceless. That part of the experience was amazing. So my advice is this: keep your expectations very low for the hotel itself, and you can still have a great time because the DJs and balcony experience are fantastic. But do not expect luxury service, luxury rooms, or anything close to what the price suggests.

My wife and I stayed at Ushuaïa Beach Hotel for two nights, from Monday to Wednesday, and everything was absolutely amazing. Diana Jarcau from the concierge team made our stay even more special. She took care of every detail and fulfilled all of our requests with exceptional professionalism and kindness. The breakfast was the best we have ever had at any five-star hotel. The rooms are beautiful as well. As for the parties, the atmosphere was incredible. During our stay, we attended David Guetta and Ozuna, and on the day of our check-out, we spent the afternoon by the pool before buying tickets to attend Dimitri Vegas that evening. One evening, we had dinner at Hell’s Kitchen, Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant, and the food was absolutely outstanding. It was the best beef tartare I’ve ever had, and without a doubt, the best Beef Wellington as well! The pool is beautiful, and the atmosphere is simply perfect. The music starts after 1:00 PM, creating a great vibe throughout the afternoon. The prices are also very reasonable compared to other venues in Ibiza. We had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend it! We will definitely be coming back every year. It was a wonderful vacation! Thank you, Ushuaïa, and a very special thank you to Diana!
