What a disappointment to see this public venue at the Sitges Carnival refusing entry to women without giving a reason! This is all the more surprising in a place that presents itself as promoting tolerance and inclusion! This supposed desire for inclusion seems to apply only to men (sic? Trans? We weren't told), in other words, it has a name: "discrimination"! This is the very discrimination that the LGBTQIA+ community seems to be fighting against, since they suffer from it. This is therefore all the more disappointing.

It's truly sad to discover such a sectarian and exclusionary place (no women allowed) in a space of inclusivity and kindness like Sitges. Inclusivity = open to all, regardless of gender, color, age, etc. Something to think about when some people are turned away and yet preach inclusivity, tolerance, and kindness to be welcomed in all public spaces. A word to the wise.

The bartenders were super nice. We had a good time here.

The venue itself is attractive and well-suited for parties. The separate restroom area is also nicely designed. Some drinks are generously priced, which is positive and offers good value for money. The organization of large events, such as the Bear events in May and September, could be improved. Waiting times at the bars are often very long. The staff try hard, but the overcrowding of the venue seems to severely impact the speed of service. You have to be prepared for very limited space. It seems that, at these high-volume events, the venue's maximum capacity is not sufficiently observed, both by security and the operator. The bar's outdoor area has also been criticized, particularly regarding pricing during happy hour or late at night. For example, a drink ordered 30 minutes before the end of happy hour was allegedly not dispensed at the happy hour price because an ingredient was missing. However, this ingredient was visibly present. After 2:00 a.m., there were reportedly different prices for the same drinks in the outdoor area. This was also observed by other commenters. In summary, these circumstances lead to dissatisfaction. It's a shame when community attendees don't feel comfortable or fairly treated at such events because of management. The other comments about service confirm this impression. Based on these experiences, I will probably only attend such events for the meet & greet and avoid the venue during peak times. The separate area remains a viable option, provided it is accessible.
