Die International Bears Week (IBW) Sitges ist Europas beliebtestes Bären-Festival, das den charmanten katalanischen Küstenort jeden September in ein Bären-Paradies verwandelt. Tausende Bären, Cubs und ihre Bewunderer aus Europa, den Americas und Australien strömen für zehn Tage Strandtreffen, Poolpartys und Bar-Events nach Sitges. IBW zieht jährlich 6.000–8.000 Bären an und ist der Höhepunkt der langen Gay-Saison von Sitges.
