A well-deserved Michelin star! We chose the 10-course tasting menu and were delighted. The service was magnificent and attentive, with details you don't see every day. If I had to find a fault, it would be that I missed a sweet snack at the end. Nevertheless, each dish was exquisitely prepared and the presentation memorable. Thank you!

We went to Lienzo for our first experience at a restaurant of this kind, and it blew us away. Every detail was meticulously attended to, starting with the wonderful service from the staff and, of course, culminating in the presentation of the dishes. They not only maintain their essence as an art gallery, but the food is the star attraction. We were completely absorbed and focused, trying to identify the flavors they described to us. From the unique taste of the bread with olive oil to the details of the cutlery, everything was meticulously prepared. The honey and all the surrounding ingredients not only give the food its personality but also reflect their dedication and environmental awareness, showing their care for the planet and the community. I, for one, would have loved to try all the honey options they displayed. At the end of the experience, neither of us wanted it to end. I think that says a lot.

We chose the Pinceladas menu, a journey full of creativity where each dish is a small work of art, both for its presentation and the balance of flavors. I loved Chef María José Martínez's philosophy, which highlights local products and celebrates the richness of Valencian gastronomy. Special mention goes to her work with honey, which she transformed into a star ingredient in an elegant, healthy, and surprising way. 🍯 The service also deserves top marks. The entire team exudes warmth, passion, and expertise, making the experience truly enjoyable from beginning to end. They explained the different types of bread they offered, and the "wild" olive oil was wonderful, with its stunning green hue. The space is incredibly charming. It exudes an artistic atmosphere, with paintings and decorative details that recall the restaurant's past as an art gallery, lending it a unique personality that perfectly complements the culinary offerings. And something that pleasantly surprised me was the excellent value for money. It's a restaurant where you can appreciate the immense effort behind each dish, without losing sight of the essence or the personal touch. A place to savor at your leisure, discover a different way of understanding Valencian cuisine, and leave wanting to return. Highly recommended. Thank you to the chef 👩‍🍳 for coming out to meet us. I don't usually like all Michelin-starred menus because they tend to be too dense and heavy, but at Lienzo, the portions are perfect, the ingredients are top-quality and locally sourced, and the presentation of the dishes is very creative. Everything was delicious... perhaps the only things I liked least were the rice, which was very salty, and the honey-based dessert... everything else was sublime.
