Quality Lounge Spa Örebro

We rented the spa for a hen party, we bought a fruit tray that was waiting for us so nicely when we got there. Nice staff who gave us space but were also always available for questions or to help with taking pictures! We were all very happy! Definitely recommend 🌟❤️

Calm and nice atmosphere, good service and friendly welcome!

We had an absolutely fantastic spa experience last Thursday night! ✨ My boyfriend and I wanted to get away from everyday life for a while and this was really perfect. It was so fresh, calm and harmonious a really romantic atmosphere from start to finish 🧖🏼‍♀️💕 The snack tray was super tasty and felt luxurious, and the drinks were really the icing on the cake. Everything was so nicely laid out and you could tell they put thought into the details. The staff was nice and made you feel welcome right away. It was exactly that relaxed, cozy evening we needed together. We left there completely rested and satisfied. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to treat themselves to a romantic and relaxing moment! 🌿✨

Nice place but very rude and disrespectful staff

Cold in the room. Extremely small changing room. There was a power outage after about 20 minutes when we were there. The staff blames the power outage on us, even though we were sitting on the sofas talking when it suddenly went completely black in the room. The company now refuses to give us the money back for the missed SPA experience and does not respond to emails when we question this. Deplorable treatment of their guests. NOT recommended!!

Second time we visit there, will be a third in the future - very cozy, relaxed environment and friendly staff! Highly recommended for, for example, a couple who wants a relaxing & a little luxurious evening!
