Very friendly staff

The hotel is very nice, tastefully decorated... everything is very clean 👍👍 Service and breakfast are very good... All in all, top-notch 😀👍

We stayed in two rooms in August and felt pampered. The hotel is so well-connected that with the Arosa Card you can travel by bus for free... practically a VIP pass! The location is also convenient for those who want to stretch their legs. Impeccable service, textbook cleanliness, and staff who are not only friendly but also welcoming (and this goes double on vacation). If that's not enough for you, there's also the Il Primo Posto restaurant: a fitting name, because for us it immediately made the top three.

It wasn't quiet at all. A generator outside was making a lot of noise all night and into the morning. Breakfast was a bit meager. But the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

An excellent hotel where we stayed with our small dog, who was welcome both in the room and for dinner in the restaurant. Beautiful rooms with balconies, excellent breakfast, and the restaurant amazed us. The dishes were prepared with a German flair, yet excellent. We'll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful holiday in the sunshine of the Alps. The room was clean and tidy, nothing to complain about. The service was always friendly, cheerful, and extremely attentive. A hay blower was running on a nearby property at night, which was occasionally bothersome. Otherwise, everything was perfect. The hotel restaurant was more than impressive, truly superb! Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing week in Arosa…we will definitely be back!

Fantastic hotel, we spent two nights there. Very attentive staff, delicious and extensive breakfast buffet. Dinner was also excellent. We'll be back.

The rooms are cozy and spacious. You immediately feel at home. We had a beautiful, large balcony with two loungers, a table, and chairs. Blankets are provided in the closet for cold days! The food was also delicious. Breakfast was ample; there was almost everything you could want. We could order eggs for breakfast, which was perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back! The hotel staff were simply wonderful! Helpful and always in a good mood! Top-notch!

The room, staff, and location are recommended. The food is rather expensive, with small portions and high prices.
