A good budget hotel with everything you need. Clean, air-conditioned, and friendly, English-speaking staff.

I had a budget room which was adequate for my needs. It was very basic but the price was extremely good. They do have better rooms but I was generally pleased with things. The hot water was only just available but I think I was one of the only people in the hotel so I guess they wouldn't put the whole thing on for me

Clean looking sheets, but bed itself smelled like sigaretbuts. Actually all of our room smelled horrible-like smoke and mold. Found a ashtray in the room, I guess it was smokers room or something, but there was no info before that it was supposed to be one. We took 2 nights, but left after 1. Adding a picture of our bathroom.

Absolutely loved them! One issue tho, single rooms are on 4th floor and they don't have elevators

A clean and beautiful hotel, the staff are friendly and helpful. I was also very pleased with the hotel's laundry service; the clothes I gave in the morning were returned perfectly clean. Kudos to the whole team!

We booked this hotel very last-minute, as we had to change our previous accommodation. We arrived quite late at night, but were warmly welcomed by the staff, which we really appreciated after a long stressful day. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, big plus in the heat. The bathroom was combined with the toilet and didn't have a shower cabin, but everything was clean. There’s also a laundry service available at the hotel, which we used. We dropped off our clothes in the morning, and everything was ready and freshly cleaned by the evening! Very convenient! The only downside is that there’s a mosque right next to the hotel, and the morning call to prayer at 6 AM is very loud. If you're a light sleeper, I’d definitely recommend bringing earplugs.

A good hotel for its price. Right in the city center. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They assisted with changing our booking, arranged an airport transfer, and helped my mom order food from a nearby café since she doesn’t speak English. Very satisfied with the service!

This standard includes some of the best hotels.

There are bedbugs or ticks. I was bitten all over my body. There is no separate compensation.. (I argued with them and received a small amount...) There are bedbugs in this hotel. Not recommend never.
