It's conveniently located close to everything in the area. It's a very optimal hotel in terms of price-performance ratio. We've been staying here every time we travel to Izmir for the past 7 years. They have valet parking services.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at in Izmir. The staff are very respectful and helpful. The rooms are clean and a good size. The breakfast and meals are of very good quality.

Friends, the hotel has different prices across all channels. For example, the same room on the same day costs between 3140 TL and 5800 TL, including on their official website. When you call to get information, you are connected to a customer representative (Ms. Sude) who says, "Let's check the price and we'll get back to you." After some time (12 hours), they call back and remove the prices. I can't understand what they are trying to do. They can't sell rooms and they are losing customers. Why did you even set up a call center?
