Vintro Lounge

We visited on a very busy Saturday night. We popped in for some tea before heading off to the Imax. The restaurant was super busy but the lovely guy on the door found us somewhere to sit quite quickly. The staff here were also very friendly and polite which was lovely as that made the atmosphere in the restaurant and also shows that they enjoy working there. Food took some time but that was to be expected as it was mega busy (even just in Blackpool aswell, I saw lots of girls with dance hair so there was an event on at the winter gardens/ballroom for sure) Food was really good, it was freshly done and hot, great selection of food to be found. The restaurant itself deserves a paragraph or 2 because whoever did the interior design work is amazing 👏🏼 The whole place had remnants of old circus/amusement park. Old wooden roller coaster cars and merry go round horses suspended from the ceiling. Old retro circus pictures on the wall. Very on brand for this chain but also individual and indicative of the area its located in and I loved that! I could have sat and just looked for ages, there was so much to see.

Ordered a flat white coffee which was perfect and the lounge breakfast which was nice and tasty and just about manageable for myself. I'll definitely visit again.

Brilliant place staff are very friendly and helpful they cater for gluten free requirements and the food is amazing thank you for catering for those of us who have dietary requirements we will be back again and of course recommending you to everyone we know 😀😎😀

I found this place using an app that counts calories from photos. The burger had plenty of protein and fit my daily goal, with a good, normal-sized portion. The staff seated me quickly and the room was comfortable.

My first time eating at a Lounges restaurant we came here on a Sunday morning, we were served straight away and food didn't take too long to come out. We had hot drinks and they were lovely. The food was great, 1 of us is Coeliac and the gluten free selection for breakfast was good, I felt safe eating here too. The staff were welcoming and frienly I'd definitely come here again.

Recently went here as a party of four and totally disappointed. Staff were really busy. We ordered food and had to wait over 40 minutes. When food did arrive two of our parties food was cold. This was not acceptable as after such a long wait you would expect food to at least be hot. They did offer to cook it again but couldn't say how long it would take. We had to be at theatre in twenty minutes so couldn't wait. We did get a refund for food. Basically not enough staff to cope with number of customers.
