North Lakes Hotel & Spa

Great food and service in the restaurant! Breakfast also lovely! However let down by the cleanliness in our room. I did give feedback and they sent someone to clean our room. And a drinks voucher. However we felt more could have been done given the toilet was dirty and we were there for a birthday. Would recommend people visit for the restaurant, but not to stay unfortunately.

I would like to commend one particular member of the waiting team, who was so personable. They provided the most excellent service.

It was our first time at North Lakes Hotel & Spa - what a lovely, friendly, beautiful place, themed perfectly. The food was amazing and the rooms very comfortable, with tastefully chosen amenities. The choice of pillows and comfortable beds made sleeping easy and comfortable. The first welcome from Sunny was warm and being welcomed back again on my return journey down south was lovely. I cannot thank them enough from supplying safe overnight storage for our bike too - so kind and understanding. There was only one problem... I wish I had taken my swimming costume!

Restaurant. Food was nice but very expensive for what you got. £7.50 for a 70cl bottle of water. £5,50 for a specific salad ( 3 shredded lettuce leaves3 cherry tomatoes and 2 small red onion rings. ) £4.50 for a sauce. Making it a total of £49 for an 8 oz fillet steak

Stay here twice but today called to say we could make our booking as we traveled from northern Scotland to South Yorkshire and our dog has be taken ill so we would need to drive straight through . Not a problem from them and no charge . Just on less bit off stres to worry about . On previous stays the room and food as top notch added bonus of fig friendly and pool . Thanks Again

Great stop off on M6. Food was surprisingly good the FYR open fire was superb. Shootout to Chef Stephen, he went above and beyond. Visited tables to discuss orders with a few different customers all of whom seemed very satisfied I only ordered a cheeseburger but it was first class!

I come to this Hotel regulary and i have to say i love it! The Spa is amazing and the staff always look after us. Great food served in the restaurant and we always get a really warm welcome from the reception team. We will be back again soon.

The experience we receved at north lakes hotel was the best hotel experience weve had. We had the most wonderful lunch and Shona Shaz and imogen were exemplary in looking after us. They really couldn't do enough. Infact the whole hotel staff were wonderful. Really lovely stay and we will be back again. Thank you north lakes hotel

Chef Steven was great with his recommendations and took into account what we liked. Steak was cooked to perfection, will definitely be back again!

Breakfast was fantastic thanks to Shona she was amazing , friendly and made my morning!!
