The room was clean and staff were very helpful. There was a great selection and choice for breakfast including lunch & dinner. Would definitely recommend

I had to book a last minute hotel for a family emergency and booked here for 2 nights room only and the crazy price of £200.00. Certainly was not worth it at all! I think if you look at the photos that should be enough to explain!! The room was filthy and bathroom absolutely disgusting 🫣 I mean I had to put the towels on the floor to even get to the toilet. When informing the staff member of the room, told the stains were due to "a guy tried dying his hair!". I told that this doesn't really explain the state of the bathroom! I was scared I caught something. Staff member Charlotte was very apologetic and embarrassed after I showed her the videos and photo that she offered to go and clean the room personally! Last think I really wanted when I was here last minute dealing with a passing family member! And then if you like a long lie! Not hear but it felt and sounded like I had the hulk stomping about upstairs. Just not the greatest to be completely fair

Rooms freezing windows need seals doing. Lass about 35/40 year old black hair who works in bar is not a desireable membrane of staff If you dont like customers your in wrong job in a pub. Go to a warehouse on 6am shift.... Food overpriced poor quality Rooms clean

Clean room, friendly staff and excellent full works breakfast with generous portions.

Great hotel for peaceful breaks away, food is OK (pub grub), little bit pricey, staff are always really helpful and cheery, also dog friendly definitely recommend

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy online and quick to pick up the keys in the bar/restaurant. The room we requested was unavailable however; they did provide a a room that almost fitted our needs. It would have been better if the shower head was able to come off the wall so I could have washed my hair at least. The breakfast was amazing. The pancakes were wonderful. The Full Scottish, my husband is still raving about. I would really up the quality of the coffee though!
