Rooms are as expected for the price range. Ate in the restaurant and the food was lovely.

Perfect location. Staff are outstanding. Executive rooms with balcony are worth paying extra for. This hotel is just the absolute best location and ambience.

This hotel has some of the most DELIGHFUL staff I have ever encountered. Particularly Zubair, who took time out of his shift sat with me at 4am in the lobby after I had received news of a personal tragedy. He listened, sat with me, gave me a drink and gave me some advice that honestly changed my perspective. He noticed that I was upset as I was outside smoking and approached me of his own accord to offer assistance. He did not have to do any of that, and yet he was happy to. Thank you to all the staff, who go above and beyond for guests, it was a recurring theme during my stay and I cannot recommend it enough.

The hotel has all the amenities, but it's very far from the city center and there's no metro station nearby.

Too far from everything. Even the airports. I almost missed my flight because I couldn't get an Uber or a taxi. A taxi finally arrived, but at 130 pounds it was way too early.

A terrible experience. A filthy, abandoned hotel. The sink water stagnates, and the elevators are a real hazard. I was stuck, along with two elderly people, and the hotel staff refused to call emergency services. When we were running out of air in the elevator, one of my fellow sufferers gave me the phone, and I managed to call emergency services, who arrived to rescue us almost two hours after the unfortunate incident. The hotel staff never showed any concern for our situation, simply saying that a technician was on the way. Complete irresponsibility, which they finally tried to resolve by offering us a free drink at the hotel bar after the firefighters rescued us, as if our lives were worth that much. A total lack of respect and humanity. Definitely, if you want to have a bad time or risk being trapped in an old, unmaintained elevator… then stay in this excuse for a hotel. Furthermore, the hotel is far from the city center and the airport. A true calamity and a disgrace for the hotel sector and the Holiday Inn chain.

It was the worst experience. We arrived on a tour with EUROPAMUNDO. The location is terrible, very far from the city center and the airport. But the worst part was that my husband, along with another couple, got trapped in an elevator that apparently wasn't properly maintained. Although I insisted they call the fire department, they insisted on waiting for their own staff. As time passed, my husband managed to contact emergency services from inside the elevator, and they came and got them out in 15 minutes after we had waited almost two hours for the hotel to resolve the situation.
