Was greeted upon arrival by ozzy and karis. They were so lovely and kind to us!! The food was amazing and the service was quick and efficient. The interior is beautiful and perfect for any occasion. Definetly will be returning.

Exceptional atmosphere, unique to eat dinner with a live singer and the atmosphere is fantastic. Food was excellent, everything was top notch, but the service was a little rushed would be my only comment on improving

Adam was lovely, one of the best experience I’ve ever had from a server. Was going to go for the Chicken Parmigiano however he advised me that it isn’t halal so he recommended I have the steak with was 10/10. Would come again

I had a fantastic experience with Adam at Louis. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout. Adam went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and made the whole experience really enjoyable. His excellent customer service definitely stood out, and he is a real credit to the team at Louis. Highly recommended.

It fell well short of the hype. The food was average at best when compared to Manchester standards. We ordered the special porterhouse steak for £180 and it came out cold because the service was too slow. The waitress wasn’t very attentive which was the most disappointing part of our visit. We visited for our first wedding anniversary so it was a special occasion and we ordered a £175 bottle of champagne. It was disappointing that the staff weren’t attentive enough to keep our glasses topped up and we essentially served ourselves. This wouldn’t normally be an issue but given the setting and prestige which is claimed by the restaurant this was a poor experience. The only saving grace was the singer but at nearly £500 for a meal for 2 the atmosphere didn’t really make up for it. It was a shame because it could have been so much better!

An overall exceptional experience; from service to food and entertainment, my husband and I had the absolute best time. The wedding note on our table, desert and replacement drinks for the knocked over wine bottle were also really appreciated. We were especially impressed by the singer and pianist who played throughout our meal. We will remember Louis' fondly for being a part of our wedding day - we will definitely be back! A special thank you to Kalina who I believe was our main server - she as well as the rest of the team were really attentive, warm and welcoming.
