Loft Nightclub

Worst place i have EVER been. I have never felt so unsafe. I have been to so many clubs in Norwich and I have never felt so uneasy than I did in this place. I witnessed at least three people get spiked and security couldn't care less. Apparently there are no cameras on the bar so the people didn't get any help. I spoke to a police officer when i left, and they said the place is under investigation due to the many reports they had received. I'm surprised this place has not been shut down It's so filthy inside, too. I regret going in. It seemed appealing due to the late closing but I'd rather sit on the street than be in that deathtrap. I'd be far safer. At least there will be cameras. Vulgar place that needs closing down.

My daughter, (university student and on a night out with her friends) was spiked at this bar on saturday night, the bouncers chucked her out, as they presumed - incorrectly that she was drunk, rather than finding out if there was any other issue. She became unconscious and unresponsive outside, luckily she had her friend with her, who called an ambulance. She has no memory for 4 hours of her life. Where was the duty of care from the club?? What happens if she was alone? Absolutely disgusted that this happened in the first place to her and then to be treated like that by people who should know better - messaged the club but still no response.

The best place in Norwich to get bang for your buck! Cheap drinks and classic music is good and all but the highlight has to be the staff. Whatever they are paying those noblemen at the bar is not enough! Their exemplary service is epitomised in the gentleman called Albert. Courteous, diligent, inquisitive but not nosy. Albert can pour a mean jäger and dish out life advice. I came in search of his aid recently after my wife left me. She found out I was the 1,012th guy in line for Bonnie Blue and thought it was emasculating. Albert, the love guru as he is often referred to on the streets, told me to buy her a mcflurry and it worked! She took me back and plans to coach me to last longer at the next Bonnie Blue event. We're talking about bringing our son as well and making it a family affair. My family is reunited thanks to Albert. Godspeed.

Had a bar service man by the name of Albert deliver exceptional customer service when ordering a drink, he asked me how my night was going and it really helped improve my mood. 🐐👨‍❤️‍💋‍👨😇
