If you aren't apart of case Western don't expect help

this was, quite frankly, a very unwelcoming environment. they very clearly have student volunteers working here. when we walked in, it was an awkward silence and eye contact. there was no sort of welcoming or a volunteer asking what we were there for. not to mention that the volunteers were dressed in a very unprofessional way. the air was very uncomfortable and even alienating. if you do not have the resources being asked about, you should at the very least have a paper of groups that do. it is already hard enough to find safe spaces as a queer person, so there is absolutely no reason that a designated safe space should feel so alienating. it felt like there was a meeting going on that we had interrupted.
