Delta Hotels Swansea

We booked into the hotel during the June 2026 heatwave because our home was too hot. We had a 4 month old puppy and the hotel provided air conditioning which we really needed. The staff are so lovely. Welcome smile and each and every member of staff we saw smiled and actually looked like they enjoyed working there. The dog package was great. We had a dog bed (which we didn't use), treats, poo bags, and a little dog toy waiting for us in the room. This was a total suprise but absolutely made it special for our little puppy. He was so excited to find a toy waiting for him. Overall we would definitely stay again.

I needed a couple of days in Swansea and decided to stay in this hotel. It is conveniently located within a short walk of the city centre and has pleasant rooms which are well equipped. Unfortunately, the EV charger which shows on Google Maps doesn't exist, but there are 4 AC chargers in the Tesco car park over the road (pay attention to the parking regs). The breakfast was nice, particularly the amazing welcome from the excellent Lynne Davies.

Great hotel, lovely staff. Rooms facing car park have non-openable windows. Not sure why Book of Mormon supplied in bedside cabinet but hey ho. Breakfast is superb. I loved this place

Lovely place to stay, will always be my first choice to stay at Swansea

I would stay at this hotel again without any hesitation. The building is a little dated but this is more than compensated for by the rest of my experience. First of all, all of the staff were lovely - friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. I was made to feel very much at home. The bedroom was spotlessly clean and my bed was super comfortable. I was overlooking the sea which was a bonus. The bar has a good range of drinks and the bar staff were very welcoming. Breakfast was very good - all of the items on the hot buffet were well cooked and fresh. Eggs cooked to order. The hotel has a spacious car park out front which made parking simple. The hotel is very well located for the seafront, the marina and the town centre. Plenty of good restaurants nearby,

Very good and well appointed hotel in a premium location, with a premium price. Parking was easy and the check in was very straight forward. All the staff I met were happy and glad to serve me. My room was well spotlessly clean and well appointed. The windowsill, nets and curtains were tired and could do with a makeover. Breakfast was amazing.
