Last verified: November 2026 · We list outdoor areas only when two current sources confirm them
Tallinn has no outdoor cruising area we can verify, and one indoor venue: the cruising area inside Club 69. Old international directories still carry entries for beaches and parks. We searched in English and Estonian and found nothing from 2025 or 2026 to back any of them.
The indoor option: Club 69
Club 69 at Sakala 22a is Estonia's gay sauna. Besides saunas and a pool, it has video cabins, private rooms and a cruising area with a glory hole and a sling. Sunday to Friday the crowd is mainly gay and bi men; Saturday is a mixed Bi/Swinger night. Naked Party runs on Tuesday and Thursday. Entry is €10 on regular days, with condoms included. See our Tallinn saunas guide for the full week and prices.
What's no longer there
- Pirita beach: a nudist zone ran for the 2008 season only, and Pirita district refused to bring it back (ERR). It's a family beach.
- MaleSecrets, the cruise club and shop on Pärnu maantee, is closed.
- A cruise club called "Tunnel" still appears in one directory, but we couldn't find any current trace of it.
The law
Same-sex marriage has been legal in Estonia since 1 January 2024. Sex in public is a different matter: it can be punished as a public-order offence, and police patrol parks and beaches used by families. Keep it to Club 69, a hotel or a home.
Apps
Most men meet on Grindr and similar apps, which are busy by Baltic standards, especially in summer and on weekends when Finnish visitors arrive. Usual app safety applies: meet somewhere public first and tell a friend where you're going.
