In my opinion, it's by far the best. Cleanliness, hygiene, attentive service at the bar, friendliness and cordiality of ALL the employees, spacious showers with plenty of hot water that feels like a massage (haha), very, very spacious from every angle, and they've used every space for the pleasure and benefit of the visitor. The restaurant area, with its white armchairs, invites relaxation as well as long conversations. The climate is very well maintained with air conditioning, and the smoking area is very well thought out. Success! And let's go for more promotions and free passes (hahaha).

Wonderfully extraordinary

Big place with lots of elderly crowd, really nice but it may need some attention to detail and hygiene, broken tiles and slippery surfaces. Unfriendly staff members not great.

Everything was very run-down. The bathrooms were filthy. The sex clubs had an unbearable smell.

It's getting worse and worse, everything's broken, the floors are slippery, the sauna smells like urine, the stairs are full of puddles, it's dangerous considering it's a place frequented by elderly people 👨🏻‍🦳👨🏽‍🦳

I frequent this place and, in general, it's good. However, on my last visit, an employee at the towel checkout counter treated me in a manner far from polite. I asked for help because I couldn't find my belongings, and before even hearing my explanation, the employee unleashed a torrent of profanity and a dismissive attitude, as if he were scolding a child for a supposed "mistake." I reported the incident to the cashier at the entrance, who told me he would inform the store supervisor. I'd like to offer my opinion on what happened: we can all have a bad day, and perhaps this gentleman was feeling overwhelmed for other reasons... My request for help was simply to resolve a minor issue with my assigned locker. However, I must say that his behavior was completely inappropriate. The intensity and viciousness with which he expressed his criticism of me, in front of other visibly surprised customers, at having to assist in a situation stemming from a locker error, was such that I didn't even manage to demand respectful treatment. The level of aggression with which he addressed me made me fear possible physical retaliation. I felt truly awful in front of everyone. I felt ashamed when the situation was finally resolved, as he had unnecessarily exposed my predicament, portraying me as responsible for a mistake when all I needed was assistance. He even stated—and I quote—that he was "too busy to help people who aren't paying attention."

Very good. In every way, from the service to the excellent food.

The sex is great. Some of the guys are gorgeous. The place isn't spotless, but that's because of the people who go there.
