Cesar's Plaza Hotel

Cesar's Plaza sits on Calle 25 de Mayo, one block from Plaza 14 de Septiembre in the historic centre. Google lists rooms and suites, a restaurant, a bar and a spa area, with a 4.0 rating from about 670 reviews. The location is the draw: the cathedral, the main square and the Heroínas shopping street are on the doorstep, and El Prado is about ten minutes' walk north. It's a mainstream hotel, not a gay venue.
