Hotel Dan Inn Campinas Cambuí

Very good

I only stayed one day at the hotel because of a flight I had the next day. I don't mind if the building is old as long as it's well-maintained and clean, and that was the only bad aspect of my experience. When we woke up the next day to pack our bags, I saw a little bug on the bed. I thought it was an ant and crushed it with my finger, and to my surprise, it had spread blood all over the mattress. I lifted the sheet and found another one. Searching online, I saw that they were bed bugs. With good intentions, I went to inform reception about my experience so they could be more careful with the room cleaning, and the receptionist's response was simply, "Every week someone complains about finding bed bugs in their bed."

We've stayed there a few times! It's the best in the city of Andradas! They have a very good breakfast!

Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience due to the terrible service from the employee Marcelo. We arrived a little later, probably around 2 AM, and he didn't even look at us. Furthermore, we asked him a question three times and he didn't answer us. We've never experienced anything like this before, and we were extremely disappointed.

The staff were extremely polite to me. Good cleanliness in the room and the hotel in general. What left something to be desired was the fact that the parking was paid and located in an area where it's not possible to leave the car on the street. The breakfast was also of low quality; I wouldn't return for these two reasons.
