7th Avenue Live & Oxford

The building is great, it has many amenities, and it's well located. What bothered me was the impersonal service; the doorman is behind a black glass partition, so you can't tell if he's there or not.

We are installed in a studio (1322), single room, small double bed, refrigerator, washing machine (noisy), air conditioning (noisy, crackling all night), no dishes (glasses, cups, etc.), no coffee maker, a single face towel, only 1 bath towel for each person, the television is outdated, it doesn't have streaming processing capacity, Netflix, Prime, etc., the shower stall is tiny, the doors have to be left open in the shower because there is no space to move around inside.

This building should change its name to "LIFE DELAY" because making deliveries there is a nightmare. The doorman says they called the apartment, the resident says they didn't, you never know who's lying. You lose at least 15 minutes making a delivery there. The doormen are very rude to delivery people!!!

Very close to various services and tourist attractions. Also very near the bus station.

Modern, safe, cozy. This project was a landmark!

Unfortunately, the doorman was very rude, and I noticed that other people have mentioned the same thing. We arrived and politely asked if we could leave our luggage before check-in. Instead of responding courteously, with a simple "Sorry, that's not possible," he just said "No, come back later," in a rude tone, as if he were kicking us out. It was a very unpleasant experience.

The intercom never works, the doormen are rude and awful!

The doormen are very rude and ill-mannered. I'm staying here and I went to ask where the pool was and the guy was extremely rude. And mind you, I'm from Rio de Janeiro and I'm used to rude people.

I've lived on the 7th floor for 2 years, and I'd like to thank the entire team for the excellent service, especially the manager Sérgio, Jessica, and the security guard Mr. Flávio.
