Terrible service

Estive no brunch e estava tudo delicioso. Buffet diferenciado e opções a la carte, destaque para o croque madame extremamente saboroso. Atendimento impecável, simpático, cordial e ágil.

Overall, the experience was very good. The room has everything you need for a good stay, it's new, the bed is of excellent quality, the shower works well with the hot water coming out quickly. The neighbors in the building are quiet. If the roommates are noisy (on one of the nights during my 6-night stay I had a neighbor who was a bit inconsiderate), the reception will let the person know.

I was at the Qoya Hotel for lunch at Koré with my son. We were greeted by Jo and Israel, who led us to our table. Grazi and Tom, who served us, were very friendly and attentive. On weekdays, the lunch menu is the Executive Menu, where we choose an appetizer, a main course, and a dessert. Daniel chose the Tartar as an appetizer, the Salmon (to which I added fries) as a main course, and I chose the Duck Croquette and the Beef Bourguignon. Both appetizers were delicious; the tartar was flavorful, with a smoky touch and crispy chips. The croquette is breaded in Panko, and the sauce makes all the difference in the flavor! The main courses arrived promptly and were perfectly flavorful! Crispy fries, perfectly cooked salmon, and a delicious sauce. The Bourguignon was tender with a velvety sauce, complementing the smoothness of the Tagliatelle. For dessert, we ordered the Chocolate Cream, and for those who love chocolate, like us, it was the perfect ending to our lunch! The sweetness of the crunchy topping combined with the creaminess of the bittersweet cream created a perfect combination. We left the restaurant satisfied with both the service and the staff, and we will definitely return!

Elegant, sophisticated, and very well-located hotel. Being close to shopping malls makes the stay even more convenient, without sacrificing tranquility. The rooms are quiet, comfortable, and offer a welcoming feeling of an urban refuge. The architecture and design of the spaces impress with their modernity and attention to detail. Special thanks to the breakfast and cleaning teams, who provide cordial and impeccable service. The complete structure, with restaurant, bar, gym, spa, and sauna, elevates the experience to another level.
