Wonderful place! 🌟🌲 We had an excellent experience at Eduardo Park Hotel! The atmosphere is simply great, perfect for those who want to relax and connect with nature. Everything is very well cared for and has an incredible energy. 🍃✨ The highlight goes to Ana's impeccable service. From the moment we stepped into the park, she was super helpful, friendly, and answered all our questions with great patience. This kind of welcoming atmosphere makes all the difference on the trip! 🙌 It's definitely a place we recommend and intend to return to many more times. 10 out of 10! 🏨💚

My stay at the hotel was simply wonderful! The highlight was the food: it was divine, always fresh and full of flavor. Furthermore, the entire staff was extremely attentive and friendly, making me feel very welcome from the very first minute. I recommend it wholeheartedly and will definitely return!

The price is fair for what is offered. Some people confuse value for money with luxury, but here it delivers exactly what it promises. I, personally, didn't have any of the problems mentioned in some comments and I would definitely return! I recommend it to anyone who wants a pleasant, quiet place with good service. The place is fantastic, everything is very beautiful. It's a real farm hotel, good for enjoying with family and friends. The food is wonderful, you know, grandma's cooking, and the staff are super welcoming. I was surprised by the number of negative reviews. It's because many people expect 5-star service while paying little. For me, for the price charged for full board, it's more than enough. Now, if you're looking for peace and a welcoming environment without much luxury, this is where you'll find contact with nature and peace. My rating is 10000000000

Exceptional service, you'll have the same feeling I have every time I need to stay here, the owner loves what he does and manages to transmit that to the employees. Prepared, extremely attentive.

Wonderful place.

Good evening! We are staying at the hotel right now! Don't come, for God's sake! What a disappointment!! The hotel has no Wi-Fi in one of the wings. I spoke with a guest and she said her wing had it! We went to tell the reception if anything could be done and they said no, not even that we could change rooms because there was no availability, even though the guest I spoke to told me it was empty there! Another guest arrived while I was talking to the receptionist and I mentioned that there was no Wi-Fi and I saw that she was allocated to the wing that had Wi-Fi, therefore they didn't want to change my room because I was the annoying one who complained! I checked in at 4:00 PM and it's 7:25 PM, we've been here for 3 hours and 25 minutes, I asked for a refund because I wanted to leave, I was informed that they couldn't refund the total amount, only for 1 night. I asked to speak to the manager, and the receptionist told me he wasn't there and couldn't give me his contact information.
