I was there in May 2026; I found it very old and the breakfast had few options.

Positive Points: Special mention to the receptionist who gave us excellent recommendations for tours and guides, and also to the housekeeper who was always willing to solve problems within her reach. Clean and spacious rooms, great location and good breakfast. Negative Points: Some employees are rude and seem unprepared and unwilling to provide helpful service, the air conditioning didn't work, it was very noisy and didn't cool enough, I requested a solution to this problem several times and it wasn't resolved during the stay, the Wi-Fi didn't work, and the lack of cable TV options is annoying. The hotel offers a service in line with the cost-benefit ratio; it could always be improved, but it's a good option for those looking for a great location and good prices.

I chose this hotel for my family vacation. The service from the reception staff and the room cleaners was sensational. However, the breakfast experience was terrible. If you want a decent meal, you have to be there at 6:30 am; otherwise, you'll probably end up eating whatever's left. If you want iced juice or water, forget it, they don't have it. The breakfast doesn't have the variety we usually see in other hotels, and even the cutlery isn't properly cleaned – it's a real pain to find dirty spoons among the "clean" ones. The rooms aren't very clean; in fact, the cleaning is superficial. The location is incredible, but the hotel left much to be desired. If I could suggest another hotel from the same Andrade chain, choose the one 400 meters further ahead, the Vela Branca, which is far superior to this one.

Room service was very slow; they didn't change the towel after only two days of use. We requested it via WhatsApp at reception, and even then, they didn't deliver it. They only delivered it when I went down to ask the attendant in person. There were no electrical outlets in the room; we had to unplug the air conditioner to charge our cell phone and stay in the heat.
