Deceptive advertising and violation of pricing regulations. As a consumer, I am filing a complaint regarding an irregularity I observed at Lives Club on May 1, 2026. According to the physical menu provided, the price of a Mojito is $27,000. However, I was charged a higher amount than stipulated, which constitutes a direct violation of the Consumer Protection Statute (Law 1480 of 2011), which requires establishments to respect the price advertised to the public. Additionally, a cover charge of $20,000 was stated, but the final charge was $21,000. This lack of price transparency and failure to honor advertised prices undermines customer confidence and warrants review by the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce (SIC). I have attached the payment receipt for $28,400 and the price list. I demand respect for consumer rights and transparency in your billing.
