B.O.G. Hotel

Not only a great location, but an amazing service!

I have been coming to Colombia for years now and have stayed at many different hotels, but I can honestly say this is one of, if not the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Luise, who immediately made me feel welcome. He personally showed me around the hotel, explained all the amenities, and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire stay. That level of hospitality truly stood out to me. Specially with a thank you note greeting in my room “welcome Mr.Monsalve” The location is incredible. I barely have to take transportation anywhere because everything is so accessible. But what truly made this experience exceptional was the staff. I have genuinely never experienced this level of friendliness, accommodation, and service at any other hotel I’ve visited. You truly feel like everything is at your fingertips. The B.O.G Suite exceeded every expectation I had. I even had my family over for dinner, and the hotel provided amazing food, excellent service, and went above and beyond to accommodate us and make sure everything was perfect. A special thank you as well to my waitress Luisa and her manager Lorena for making the experience for both me and my family so pleasant and memorable. Thank you Karen and Fabio as well, absolutely amazing service every time in the front desk going above and beyond with every request. Overall, the entire staff was absolutely amazing, and I will without a doubt be returning here for my future vacations.

The BOG never disappoints... clean, organized, and the service is always top-notch. Luis at the entrance always greets you warmly, pleasantly, and very politely. It remains my favorite hotel in Bogotá!

The hotel is nice, but the services and amenities are very poor. One day I had no internet, and although I called reception several times, they never fixed it. The terrace is used for private events, and guests aren't allowed to use it. If you don't go down to breakfast early, before 8:00 AM, they run out of food and don't make any more.

There is nothing special about this hotel and honestly I wonder how they got their five stars rating? I went for lunch with my family at their rooftop, a poor man was taking care of everything by himself, the swimming pool, the room service, guests and the restaurants and who knows what else. He was far from coping. We spent two hours grabbing a burger, a beer and a dessert. Quality of the food was merely acceptable.
