I love that club, it's one of the best in Colombia. The service is excellent, the cleanliness is spectacular, and the attention to detail is very good.

Excellent venue, location, and space! If you go to Cali, you must visit Metrópolis. Live and interactive shows, spotless, and personalized service.

Those who keep complaining that too many older men go there, will they never get old themselves? I've been a Metropolis customer for over 15 years and the service is excellent… the place isn't for girls looking for sugar daddies 😂😂😂 Get a grip!!

A TOTAL FIASCO I went recently and honestly, I don't understand how that place is still operating. For a young person, it's the worst option, and I'm not exaggerating. • THE POOL IS A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT A tiny, outdated pool with absolutely no appeal. It looks unmaintained, the water is dirty, and the atmosphere is completely unpleasant. That doesn't even make you want to get in, much less return. • THE CLEANLINESS IS A DISASTER Although some areas look "tidy," the smell is strong, especially of cigarettes. You walk in and feel like they're just going through the motions to clean, not because they truly care about the customer's well-being. • THE SERVICE IS SOME OF THE WORST I'VE EVER SEEN Terrible, abysmal. You ask for something as simple as a teen song, and they look at you like you're asking for a miracle. They're neither friendly, nor do they listen, nor do they care about improving. • NO ACTIVITIES, NO ATMOSPHERE, NOTHING YOUTHFUL It literally feels like a place frozen in time. There's no modern music, no activities, no atmosphere… nothing a young person could enjoy. • 100% OLDER CUSTOMERS And it's fine that older people go there, but the problem is that the whole place feels like a retirement home: without energy, without life, without any updates. Many smell strongly, others are overly insistent, and the management seems oblivious. • TOO BASIC FOR WHAT THEY CHARGE They don't offer anything different, nothing new, nothing that makes you say "this is worth it." Just an old, neglected space with no modern appeal. In short: I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANY YOUNG PEOPLE. If they want to attract a new clientele, they URGENTLY need to modernize: youthful music, activities, a renovated space, and improved service. As long as things continue like this, it will continue to look like a place for older gentlemen… not for young people.

Wow, the sauna has fallen into such a sorry state. It's gone from being a place for erotic encounters to a soda fountain where these guys sit all day smoking and drinking. No one looking for anything different can get a table in the spacious terrace area. It's so sad that the entire outdoor area has become a smoking zone. Non-smokers have to stay inside on the second floor or go downstairs in the wet area because everywhere you go there are people constantly smoking, especially those who go to the sauna's afternoon gatherings and sit at a table for hours on end. They should have a designated smoking area where they don't bother others. For now, the entire outdoor area is a smoking zone. The sauna needs to remember its original purpose; it's not a soda fountain or a liquor store to keep people drinking all afternoon and evening. To the administrators and owners: do something, because this place has become an elephant graveyard. Privacy has been lost here. Customers become friends with the staff and are allowed to do as they please. There's no respect for rules or protocols. It's become an exclusive place, not for any good reason, but due to a lack of consideration for inclusivity. In my opinion, the sauna lacks the identity it was intended to have.
